  • Pilates
    Emphasizing correct postural alignment, activation of appropriate muscles, and coordinated deep breathing during the workout, precision and quality are more important than the number of repetitions.

  • Kickboxing
    Kickboxing fitness and fat burning program which will transform and reshape your body. This program utilizes a combination of aerobics, kickboxing, and weight training for the best all-around training program ever created. You will see incredible results for arms, shoulders, chest, abs, legs and buttocks. You will have the body you’ve always dreamed of.

  • Warrior Yoga
    This class is ideal for athletic college students, faculty and staff who want to reduce the stress in their lives while improving strength, flexibility and stamina. Hatha yoga is a complete fitness system designed to maintain well being through focusing on all aspects of health. It helps to to correct habitual movements with poses designed to activate every inch of the practitioner without negative impacts on the body. The class will provide students with a strong foundation for an at-home yoga practice. The class will be based on vinyasa flow with a focus on sun salutation and the warrior series, so get ready to sweat!!

  • Hip Hop Dance
    Hip Hop Dance is a class that encourages students to relax and express themselves through movement. Hip Hop incorporates both funk and traditional dance elements into a mix of free-form art. This versatile class can be enjoyed by both beginners and students with experience. Creativity and improvisation is highly encouraged. This class will help you tone all muscle groups, so get ready to sweat and have fun doing it!

  • Water Aerobics
    Water Aerobics! Workout at your own pace and have fun at the same time! Our class offers the option of low to high intensity aerobic exercises and is designed to provide improvements in strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. This is a great class for adults looking to maintain or jump-start a fitness program. All ages and ability levels are welcome.

    Check out the building schedule - including the weight room, circuit room, and all courts. For $12.50, a student can get a reserved basket in the locker room and be able to use the pool. Faculty, Staff and Alumni must pay a quarterly fee. More info...
