(Yes, I know that's not a real word, but it sounds cool in this sentence)

BACKGROUND: In high school the "mean" people labeled me scrawny. After I took a strength training class, I was totally amazed at how my body responded in just 12 weeks! I've been addicted to iron ever since. I've trained clients out of my home studio, 24-Hour Fitness, YWCA, YMCA and now PSU. Off and on, I've enjoyed training people since 1991.

PHILOSPHY: You could spend time researching various fitness programs or watching other people in the gym, and you could then try to customize those plans to fit your individual needs. Sounds like a lot of work. This is where I come into your picture. Think of me as that slow acting, time-released pill. Sure I might sometimes be a little hard to swallow and I don't promise overnight success. What I will deliver are safe, effective programs designed to address your concerns based on the most current knowledge available. Whatever your goals are:

  • General fitness
  • Sports specific
  • Muscle gain
  • Fat loss

I can help you achieve these, but ultimately it is your level of determination that will get you there. This is your life, do not give up on yourself! Client base varies from young to old, healthy to frail and everyone in between. I can be kind & gentle or I can be mean & tortuous, however you want me to be.
